Ground Support
Thank you for visiting the IHR volunteer forum. This is where you can express your interest in enlisting as a helicopter ground support volunteer. We understand your time is very precious but your input will keep our pilots and helicopters running this will in turn make a great difference to someone somewhere in the world.
We are looking for helicopter marshallers, refuellers, external & internal load operators, Rescue & firefighting and Helipad operators. We also need experienced and licenced engineers.

Operations & Logistics
Thank you for visiting the IHR volunteer forum. This is where you can exprees your interest in enlsting as a IHR operations & logistics volunteer. It is important that the teams, helicopters and equipment reach the response area swiftly and that there is continuous support back here at the HQ in the UK. Your job would be to keep the whole operation running smoothly.
We are looking for operations, logistical, drivers, admin, political, customs and call centre staff. Your efforts will make a big difference to someone, somewhere in the world.

Equipment
The cost of leasing and purchasing equipment can be very expensive and at some point during the IHR operation these costs have to be found. Could you provide on loan or donate specialist equipment to the IHR team and assist us in our effort to relieve those in need of help around the world.
We are looking for uniforms, PPE, marshalling wands, fuel equipment, helipad lighting, hard standings, helipad markers, external & internal load equipment, IT, communications and vehicles.
This is where you can express an interest and provide contact details so that a member of the IHR team can contact you.
Your assistance will make a big difference to someone, somewhere in the world.

Financial assistance
The dedicated team of volunteers, the equipment they use and the helicopters that fly can be a very expensive operation. To help those in need it is important that IHR do not charge those in distress for the operation time. But we do need to finance the operation, we look to you for that financial assistance could you as an individual donate to IHR or could your company make a generous contribution to the IHR running costs?
It is here that you can express your interest and leave your contact details so that a member of the IHR team can contact you.
